各相关实验室：

为推动我院与挪威有关科研机构的合作，提升双方在相关领域的科研水平，我院与挪威研究理事会自即日起共同启动2010年合作研究项目的征集工作。双方确定第一届合作项目招标领域为气候变化与环境。具体主题如下：

1）“Climate change: Ecosystem functioning, adaptation and climate-ecosystem interaction”

The aim of this topic is to aid decision-makers at all levels in their effort to facilitate the adaptation of ecosystems to climate change and to mitigate negative impacts on managed and natural terrestrial and freshwater ecosystems.

2）“Environmental pollution control, dispersal and management”

The aim of this topic is to provide new knowledge to decision-makers at all levels in the effort to reduce harmful emissions to land and freshwater and their environmental effects.

中方申请人须提交中文申请书(附件1)一式两份。另请提交一份中挪合作伙伴共同完成的项目描述材料（英文，请参考挪威研究理事会通知）。

本次项目征集截止日期为2010年12月1日，请在此日前将相关材料交国际合作办公室。
